Jungle Clearance and periodical cleaning of dust bins at RML and FBTR complex in IGCAR, Kalpakkam during the year of 2025-2026.

Collection of garbage / soil / Rock / refused materials like jungle Cutting materials, wild vegetation and periodic cleaning of dust bins, Dumped debris road sides of FBTR / DFRP Complex areas conveying to dumping yard, including loading, unloading, dumping, and levelling in dumping yard etc. including required labour, tools, hand saw, arc and mechanical transport with lead beyond 4 .00 km upto 5.00 kilometres as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. Note: This item operates for only manual loading Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. and 50% in respect of garden wastes, tree branches & Bin Wastes 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Cutting and trimming the branches of the trees of below mentioned girth size of maximum height up to 15.00 metre height from ground level with handling the cut out portion secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of the Banyan Tree / Rain tree / assorted tree, including required labour, tools , hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item operates only for rooted trees

Cutting and trimming the branches of the trees of below mentioned girth size of maximum height up to 15.00 metre height from ground level with handling the cut out portion by necessary rope down to ground (To avoid damages in the DFRP / FBTR sensitive double fencing area) secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of the Banyan Tree / Rain tree / assorted tree, including required labours, tools , hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0Km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the cut out branches of tree, leaves etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item operates only for rooted trees.

Cutting and trimming the fallen tree with branches, secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of below mentioned girth size of the Banyan Tree / Rain tree / assorted tree, including required labour, tools, hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0Km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., and as all directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item operates only for fallen trees at ground level or cut out trees at ground level.

Hire charges towards 12.5 tonne crane for lifting the un-used concrete blocks, light-poles, electrical-drums & structural materials lying in and around the area of the building and loading them into the trucks including providing D-cycle, slings and other accessories for lifting & overhead charges for operators, fitters & helpers complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped / dumped loosened earth / debris etc., by hiring JCB / Bull-dozer etc., including transporting, operating the vehicle, operating the vehicle by engaging driver/operator with valid driving license, diesel charges, insurance and admissible taxes, labour if any required etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing light jungle area of all kinds of shrubs, bulb weeds, grass, small plants, branches including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, thorny leaves etc. complete, and disposing the same as place specified by Engineer, transporting at contractors own cost complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unwanted cut bulb weeds, wild grass, unwanted vegetation are to be periodically collected and transported to dumping yard. During execution period any damages shall be rectified to the original at contractor cost. The measurement for payment shall be taken prior to cut the jungle and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of labour, transportation, loading, and unloading at dumpyard or place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal and uprooting tree roots of below mentioned girth with necessary excavation cutting the lateral roots, conveying the uprooted tree roots at the places as directed including filling the excavated pits all as per specification.

Below 300mm girth

Clearing the crown of palmyrah trees including cutting, removal of excess leaves, dried leaves and dried flower spathe, fruits etc., by using tractor to the dumping yard and disposing with in lead of 2 kms etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The contractor shall arrange a tractor for loading and disposal of dried leaves and dried flower spathe.

Cutting and Felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Girth beyond 60cm, upto and including 120cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level
