Boulder 80mm to 150mm (CSI 2.2 g) +10%Cp

Cartage of ballast,Kankar,Coal grit or sand etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stacking at pucca roads.for 4th and 5th km. (CSI No.3.01a)

Cartage of cement,steel or other such material etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stacking at pucca roads. (CSI No.3.02a)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work. (CSI No. 4.01)

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour,side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 5.05)

Providing and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe 6 Kg/ Sq.cm for with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc including supply of all labour,material,T & P etc complete required for proper completion of work.(CSI No. 26.17)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm norminal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand) (Analysis based on DSR 2019 Item no. 7.1.1& SOR ECTC Moradabad 2017-18).Stone size should not to be less than 230mmx230mm.(SOR 2020 CSI No.26.55)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6coarse sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand) (Analysis based on DSR 2019 Item no.7.1.2 & SPR ECTC Moradabad 2017-18).Stone size should not to be less than 230mmx230mm.(SOR 2020 CSI No.26.56)
