C&S Cat Part No LTTB4F20WLED/W or equivalent of Syska/Havell's/Crompton Greaves. Note : (a) Make shall be engraved on the body of the LED tube (permanent in nature). (b) Purchase date and warranty period shall also be permanently marked on the LED tube.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. M&L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS(As Per IS-13757(1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks), (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for trenchless boring in any strata of soil across road, pavement, hardstanding etc by using modern ultra sound technology upto a depth as directed but not less than 0.60 mtr below GL/ road, pavement, hardstanding etc level for laying of LT cable under road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging existing under ground materials including provision of HDPE pipe of 80mm dia of 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type of size 60x45x45cm, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 50mmx50mmx8mm thick angle iron frame work, IP-65 class protection, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer front & rear openable type, with locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys for each side opening} consisting of 04 Nos insulated copper bus bars 200 Amps rating on porcelain insulators. Bus bar chambers shall be mounted/fixed in ground/floor using 04 Nos angle iron of size 50mmx 50mm x 8mm welded/fixed to Bus bar chamber of height as directed including making post holes in ground and embedding angle iron in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) of appropriate dimensions (as per Indian Electricity rules) to accommodate following components, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars 1000 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x8mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. Contd......... Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F 2.5Sqm PVC insulated copper conductor three core including steel conduit fixed on pole (PCC/Steel Tubular) from street light box to street light fitting with clump nuts and bolts etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete as per electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6.3mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less thanb 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wathers of GI or steel . Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The unit rate quoted for earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed.
