M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab of 20-25mm thick in skirting over and including 10 mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polished complete.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork/ concrete in CM 1:6 finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for provideing 10mm thick cement plaster over roof slab (over the area of dismantled roof treatment ) in CM 1:4 mixed with Water proofing compound @ 200 ml.bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement (quoted rate shall exclussive of SBR latex) Note :- Water proofing compound will be paid separately

S & F water proofing treatment to the roof slab and chajja using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.2 litre per Sqm on surface provide a layer of APP modified membrane by torching application including sealing the overlap with torching with 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side as per manufacturer's instruction including joints and changes in direction be covered with thin cement slurry in CM 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement curved well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer's instructions and provide a finishing coat with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/m2 as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Irrespective of the lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment.
