Replacement of sluice valves by carrying out following works for pump set No. 1,2,3, & 4 Supply of sluice valve, non-rising with SS spindle flanged ends of size 150 mm PN 1.0 Make: Kirloskar/ IVC/Marck/ Jupiter/ VAG/ Dorot/Any DJB Approved make

Supply of rubber neoprene packing sheet as per required size.Make: - Jyoti/ Worth

Supply of good quality nut, bolts with washer of different size.

Disconnection of Electric connections of motor from panel to starter and motor after dismantling of associated cables with the help of manual labor, tools and tackles as required at site taking all safety measures.

Decoupling the pump and motor after removing the tyre coupling by opening of the nuts, bolts etc. The job includes dismantling of delivery side sluice valve, NRV, taper, bends etc. as per site requirement and then taking them to a suitable place in the pump house.

Fixing of sluice valve on the inlet & delivery side of the pipe, fixing of rubber sheet for stopping any leakage of water, including fixing any other required pipe fitting

Installation of motor Pump-set along with new sluice valve executing all allied E&M and civil work, laying of cable as per site requirement, making alignment of pump-motor & making connections of motor with starter and panel with thimbling by taking all safety precautions, arranging all tools and tackles including welding set, gas cutter etc. as per site requirement so as to ensure smooth running.

Testing and commissioning of pump sets first at NO LOAD and then at FULL LOAD and for proper operation and testing for any leakage to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Transportation charges for to and fro of men and material including and unloading etc. at a suitable place, painting of above E&M equipment.
