Supply, Erection and Commissioning of new 50HP Submersible pump set at Kadra and Kodasalli Power House

The prospective Bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar work of Supply, Erection and Commissioning of 50HP or above pump set value not less than Rs.10.90 lakhs in any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization in the preceding five years (i.e, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). In proof of this, the bidder should submit work done certificate and corresponding work order issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer). (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026).

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated / fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract within last five years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking notarized declaration in Rs.200/- non-judicial stamp paper/ self-declaration as per format-1 in this regard. Failing which such bid will not be considered for evaluation.

GST Certificate.

The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years (i.e, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.21.80 lakhs in proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026).
