Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm ) , complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Material and labour TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bend to shape as required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course laid and compacted in slope, in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 10 mm thick rendering or bedding layer on concrete surfaces of roof in cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on stone or surface other than fair face of brick-work in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with @ 200 ml WPC (liquid type) per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of 1 mm thick birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame complete ,all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Suppling and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelaminted PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specifie

Supply and fixing mild steel window frame (incluing hold fast) including side hung shutters with projecting type hinges with handles, tower bolts and peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint after fixing to frame etc complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid, coloured ceramic 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm tiles, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of size not less than (55 cm x 55 cm) laid in glooring and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base , complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick laid on verticle surface and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing water storage tank 1000 ltr capacity HDPE double layer ISI marked fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut , ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, , complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillers any height etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials as complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble,unoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4.all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall not be measured against this item . Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be measured and under respective item of BOQ . 2. Weep holes pipe shall be fixed simultaneously during masonry construction.
