Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 2 mm thick water proofing membrane , black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane. a) 2mm (for corrugated roof sheets)

De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Mechanical cleaning of Septic Tank by using mechanical cleaning mechine by suction, pumping, vaccum cleaning and removing all the waste liquid and sludge from the septic tank and disposaing the waste at Municipal dumping ground. The rate includes all mechinery and workmen required and all incidental charges during pumping, filling, transporting etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of manhole/ Chambers of all sizes and dewatering by manual /mechnical means or manually i/c removal of earth silt, sluge , brich bats , garbagea and other refuses i/c claening of sewer lines of S/W pipes , RCC pipes with removal of earth , silt , sludge and other refuses upto next next manhole and disposal of the same to the dumping ground beyond municipal area all as per the direction of Engineer in charge ( Payment will be paid on the job basis)

Cleaning of terrace / Roof top of shed/canopy/ chajjas etc. by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/chajjas at all hieghts etc and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building. (plan area of the terrace/chajja/canopy will be measured for payment) a) Terrace area connected to blocked khurras and spouts & like etc and disposal of all unwanted material to the approved muncipal dumping yard etc all complete at all levelsand as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Uprooting & removal of plants/small tree grown on exterior faces of walls at all levels ,any location and applying special chemical to defective area to prevent tree growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/mortar to match the surface of walls etc complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge(cement concrete/ mortar to be paid in separate item.) a) upto 15 cm girth

Intense deep cleaning of existing toilets areas of floors/walls/dado and all Sanitary fixures/fittings etc. in each floor using liquid/acids at all floors , flooring tiles & dadoing tiles of height 1.50m including cleaning of sanitory fittings like wash basins, water closets, flush tank, urinals, granite platform etc.,complete by using chemical, detergents with hand machine etc., complete as per directions of Engg-in-Charge.
