Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling mild steel fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts ( steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs, tiles and paver blocks of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, resecuring of barbed wire fencing including making good staples securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. including fixing of existining concerntina coil as directed to any type complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying of existing concertina coil with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.., complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing, punched tape, coil 450mm dia having 7 to 8 Nos rounds per 1 metre length, fixing on angle iron 'Y' shaped & placed over perimeter wall with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbered wire tied to angle iron, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of fixing of flat iron with chain link fencing at top and bottom in horizontal direction with staples/steel pins etc

S&F plain 12mm dia mild steel bar in fencing work of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type-D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation and filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts 5 to10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagnal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in solid block masonry and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantalling of existing masonary work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping bed blocks, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 75mm thick as in sub base of floor or similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block, rubber moulded of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drives ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete designer tiles, rubber moulded, 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing, washing, rubbing down and complete removal of existing treatment for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied on old decorated surfaces of walls including necessary filling of voids with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on external surfaces of brickwork with cement mortar (1:4) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/over expansion joints, fixed with self tapping screws and PVC gitties/sleeve including taking down of existing sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed.
