Installation of Micro Turbine Generator (MTG) in parallel to PRDS #6 at PBS (BPTG) of Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai.

• 1. The bidder shall be a Manufacturer OR a subsidiary/group company of a Manufacturer of Steam Turbine Power Generator System and the bidder must have successfully supplied, erected / supervised during erection and commissioned / supervised during commissioning at least 1 (one) Steam Turbine based Power Generator system in India in last 7 (years) years prior to the date of issue of NIT. 2. Self-attested photocopies of the following documents should be submitted in support of the above: a) Manufacturers are requested to provide relevant ISO certificates. OR b) A Letter of Authorization (LoA) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for subsidiary/group company and specific to this tender. An undertaking from the OEM stating that they would facilitate the bidder on a regular basis with technology / product updates & extend support for the warranty as well. c) Work order / Purchase order / Award letter / Contract document from client. d) Completion / commissioning certificate / performance certificate from client. e) An affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by the bidder are genuine.

• 3. In case the bidder is in a consortium: a. One or more of the consortium members are permitted can either individually or together, fulfil the criteria of Point-1 above. b. The responsibility of supply and commissioning/ supervision of commissioning should be taken up in the responsibility matrix by the respective members who fulfil the criteria as per Point-1. c. For taking up the remaining jobs of Point-1, the respective members should have commensurate experience in any project. d. Leader of consortium should be the consortium member having “maximum share of work in value term”. e. Bidder has to submit Notarized copy of Memorandum of Agreement and Responsibility Matrix indicating percentage of scope of work to be carried out by each member in value terms of total Contract value. f. Bidder should submit self-attested photocopies of the documents listed in point - 2 above, demonstrating the experience of each consortium member according to the responsibility matrix, as applicable. g. Each member of consortium should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.

• 4. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the consecutive three financial years ending March 2024 shall not be less than Rs.1.0 crores. Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions. The net worth should be positive in the preceding financial year, as per Audited annual accounts. Net worth mentioned herein is the sum total of paid up capital and free reserves. Free reserves means all reserves credited out of the profits and share premium account but do not include reserves credited out of revaluation of assets, write back of depreciation provisions and amalgamation. Further, any debit balance of profit & loss account and miscellaneous expenses to the extent not adjusted or written off, if any, shall be reduced from reserves and surplus. 5. In case of Consortium bidding; a. Minimum Turnover requirement for each Consortium member= Rs.1.0 Crore x % of scope of work in value terms of total contract value declared in Consortium Agreement (MoA).The net worth of each member of the consortium should be positive in the preceding financial year, as per the Audited annual accounts. b. The bidder (each member of the consortium; in case of consortium bidding) shall submit audited annual financial reports (Profit & Loss Statement and Balance sheet in English language) in support of the above. c. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards; shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
