HVAC SYSTEM (Central AC Plant) Consisting the following :- Water Chilling Machine
Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of microprocessor controlled variable speed Screw Type water chilling machine each having a minimum capacity of 140 TR at chilled water inlet/outlet temperature of 54 deg.F/44 deg.F, Fouling Factor 0.0005 FPS with chilled water circulation rate of 379USGPM and condenser water inlet/outlet temperature of 90 deg.F/ 97.5 deg.F ,Fouling Fcator 0.001 FPS with circulation rate of 530us gpm, suitable for operation on refrigerant R-134a for semi hermetic screw type each comprising of the following complete as per specifications and as required. NPLV shall not exceed 0.39 and IKW/TR 0.72 at reducing condenser water temperature as per AHRI 550/590 standard. . Performance testing on AHRI certified test bed at 100% load of one machine at manufacture works on AHRI certified test bed. The COP of the machine should be less than 5.75 and IPLV of machine should be less than 0.38

1 Set – Microprocessor based control panel (Modbus and bacnet protocol compatible) compete with accessories and inbuilt OEM provided remote monitoring facaility for the remote acess for the chiller by OEM as per the specification. as per specifications.
Lot – Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valve, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc.
Lot – Water flow switches at outlet of condenser & chiller, water drain and air purge valves wherever required.

Variable Frequency Drive suitable for Primary Chilled Water Pumps described below (Sensorless)
The variable speed pump shall consist of Variable frequency drive (VFD) one for each pump and each VFD shall be pump mounted for unit reliability, VFD shall with IP-55 protection from dust & water. The variable pump VFD shall display dynamic Flow and head for requirement to be monitored as per site condition . This shall be done by the pump in build sensorless logics. The sytem shall control and adjust the pump quadratic curve as per site actual head requirements.
Controller shall control pump VFD's as per building load variation. Microprocessor controller shall not be mounted on any of the VFD and should be standalone system to have equipments better performance/ Efficiency and reliability. The pump logic controller shall have 5.7" touch screen display and enclosed in an IP54 protection enclosue and shall be able to control 6 pumps in parallel. The entire system along with primary pumps must be sourced from pumping system supplier only, for unit responsibility

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12 mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer¬in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor.
(Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.25.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6 mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12 mm Airgap + 6 mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.l. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.l. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :
