Outsourcing services for operation of control valves in two shifts per day, 08hours each, shift timing 0600hrs to 14.00hrs & 14.00hrs to 22.00 hrs includings sundays and hoilidays by employing one semi skilled helper/ mate per shift for water supply distribution from OHTs to bharathiyar & vikas nagar residential area. Operation of pumpsets 5HP, 3HP & UG sump 10,000, 6000 GLNS, control valves for water supply distribution to high rise bldg accn at vikas nagar residential areaa all as specified and directed. (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to minimum wages as per Min of Labour & Employment in Cat "A Area" in construction or Maintenance employment included all statuary as applicable such as all taxes, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, OH&P, LWC, GST as applicable and anticipiated effect due to increase in wages during the contract period etc. (ii) In case the rates quoted by tenderrer are less than the rate mentioned as per latest wages act issued by GOI, his tender will be treated as non-bonafied and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongest valid/ bonafide bids only

Collecting water sample from water resources indentified by JE / AGE as specified in IS at residential area, Technical area, OTD and Test Track and submitting to Govt/ NABL approved laboratory for testing of water for physical and chemical parameters for use in domestic portable purpose all as specifed and directed.

Supply only Calcium hypo chlorite Granules packing size not less than 45Kg , 65-95 concentration complete all as specifed and directed.

Note for item No1: (i) Daily checking of over flowing water from service tank and properly adjust control vavle of over flowing buildig to avoid wastage of water. (ii) Cleaning of valve chamber and pump house and surrounding area regurally. (iii) Ensure supply of water to all quarters and buildings and intimate any defect notice to JE E/M. (iv) All other work connected to water supply distribution as intimated by JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge.
