Maintenance and servicing to DG set including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective and worn out minor filters gaskets, V- belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts, bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery tereminals, adding distilled water checking the oil, coolent levels of capacity 110 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Description all as per item No 1 here-in-before but capacity 40 KVA to 63 KVA DG set.

Note for item No 1,2 & 3:- (i) Spares required for maintenance will be measured and paid seprately under relevant items. (ii) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications/ instructions. (iii) The work of maintenance shalll be carried out through respective authorized dealer whose certificate shall be produced to Engineer - in - charge. (iv) Work shall be carried out at site at different location.

Supply and filling electrolyte of suitable specific gravity for lead acid batteries in sealed container, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling genuine coolant in 5 ltrs plastic sealed container for topping up in Radiator of DG set located at different locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Battery leads of PVC insulated, multistranded, copper conductor of size 70 Sqmm of 1.25 mtr long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG set batteries installed at different locations complete including removal of esixting unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for battery teriminal brass clamps including removal of existing unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for dismantaling the radiator from DG Set of capacity 30 KVA to 110 KVA taking to work shop for overhauling & cleaning, de-scaling with acid, removal of leakage including soldering and welding, brazing as required and renewal of gaskets, nuts, bolts, mounting pads,hoses,clips, etc and refixing its original position of DG set complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for canopy hinges with locking arrangements for auqastic doors with suitable bolts and nuts of DG set including removal of existing unserviceable one, compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for disconnecting all electrical connections from DG set alternator of any capacity from base plate by opening nuts & bolts keeping aside the alternator for inspection and taking out the same to work shop for rewinding including testing & commissioning, complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for Rewinding of alternator field coil with super enamelled copper winding wire of class 'F' insullation as per existing size and gauge including heating, varnishing and testing of of capacity 30 KVA DG set to 110 KVA DG set, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water temperature guage including sensor and cable suitable foe 30 KVA to 110 KVA DG set complete as per sample including removal of existing unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair and calibration of FIP and injectors from authorised dealer for petty repairs to make the FIP functional as per standard calibration procedure and norms including replacement of minor spares, gasket etc for smooth functioning of FIP and refixing its original position including testing at site for following capacities of DG set complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Calibration and repairs has been carried out by the authorised dealer.

M&L for fabrication/ welding/ Jointing work in existing LT Panel door by providing 02 Nos new hinges in place of defective hinges, replacement of locking arrangement of external door, replacement of main door gasket, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 120.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 95.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable rubber mat with new synthetic rubber insulating mat for preventing LT shock, thickness not less than 20mm, size 2.00x1.00 m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
