Taking out old unserviceable underground cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armored heavy duty aluminum conductor LT 1100 Volt grade UG Cable of any size, wall and trenches etc. after disconnecting of any size, complete all as specifeid and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 2 core, cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm, complete all as specifeid and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 4 core, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm, complete all as specifeid and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 4 core, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm, complete all as specifeid and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with all fittings, laid in trenches/wall/pole/road crossing for protection of underground cable/ earth strip including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or removal unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole DWC Pipes (Double Wall Corrugated) of dia 40mm for carrying underground cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling and well ramming watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including removal of surplase soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Off load Change over switch of capacity 100 Amps 415 Volts 4 Pole fixing in wall type and making the good distrubed surface complete with all accessories, including taking down of old unserviceable change over switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs, all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in Replacement LED Flood light fitting 100 Watt (IP-66) energy saving and environmental friendly long life pressure die-cast aluminium housing flood light with PC diffused lens enclouser over LED for glare free light and taking down old unserviceable any size/watt of flood light, all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable any size/watt of security light and S&F of street light fitting LED type 90 watts (IP-66) with Pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and including driver unit etc., all as specified and directed.

M&L for Multistandarded Copper Conductor cable of 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm size drawn through steel tubular poles for interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting, Post Top Lantern etc. including taking down old unserviceable cable, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/uprooting of steel poles of any size and shape, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F og GI bracket pipe 1.2m to 1.5m long bend to 45 / 60 degree and of diameter suitable to building security light/ Street Light poles power cord pipe diameter with necessary clamps including making hole to wall if necessary, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP looping box of size 155x210x92 mm (HWD) including suitable connector for single phase connections loop in and out 10 to 16 sqmm 4 core aluminium armoured cable branch out 1.5 sqmm single core copper pvc insulated cable enclosed in thermoplastic /polycarbonate enclosure which should be shock proof safe IP 66/67 thermoplastic metric size glands, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm x 3mm channel including making connections, takng down of old FRP box, all as specified and directed. Note: MCB 6 Amps measured sepreately under relevant Item.

Supply and fixing of 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole (SP) and current carrying capacity of 5 To 32 AMP in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete(1:2:4), type B-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, sub bases, hard standing, path etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm, all as specified and directed. .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil or similar holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and remaning surplus soil removing to a distance n exc 50cm and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement street light system with min capacity 175lm/watt consist of photovoltaic (SPV) module, a luminaire, storage battery, control electronics, inter connecting wires/ cables, module mounting pole including hardware and battery, inbuilt MPPT charge controller. Operational in solar/grid power. The solar Luminary has aluminium pressure die cast (PDC) housing with IP 65, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade) wire mesh, lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with earthing test point or as directed including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

taking down underground cable from FPB, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs and rejoining after dressing and re-alignment incl saddles etc., complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Cable protection Pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive cutting and removing of old burnt LT Cable and allied works. (iii) Shut down program shall be taken in advance and record shall be kept.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for grouting hold fasts, coping, filling in pressed steel chowkat or similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
