M&L mild steel Round bars Fe 410W (Gde.E-250) quality-A, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable steel rolling shutter including ball bearing, top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple , push pull or manual type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of in replacement CONSEC ZAL Super punch barb tape (SRPBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and include necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of coil(unstreched-610 mm (ii)No of circle-51 turns per coil(iii) weight of each coil with hessian pack-8.5kg.(iv) Coverage per coil-8RM (v) Central core wire:-made from 2.6 mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wireas per IS -4454 galvanised as per IS 2629.(vi) Razor Punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of AL base with Zinc alloy @150 gm/m2 conforming to ASTM-729/A-729M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/Polyurethane & final paint top coat of Caulifieid green shade(BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. Material and labour for brickwork with modular size fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old brick work built in CM complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450mmx7mm thick on vertical surfcaes such as skirtings,dados and riser to steps ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement in finish coat on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of wall applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of 1mm thick exterior wall putty over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore cast copper alloy spindle suitable for pillar taps, bib tap , stop cock cast copper alloy,with capstan heads,chromium plated,screwed down, fancy type high pressure, with or without lettred 'HOT or COLD' with long screwed sunk and fly nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick (average thickness) cement concrete of type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only) .

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only) .

M & L for water proofing treatment including the entrire surface of the roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles and applying 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plastering using WPC @3% per cement laid over hot blown grade industrial bitumen 85/ 25 @1.20 Kg/ sqm over bitumen primer @0.50 litre/ Sqm. Over hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application shall be laid over entire roof surface and vertical surface utpo grooves as applicable (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with overlap of 100 mm . The overlaps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufactuerers instrucitons. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over APP based polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and water proofing compound shall measured and paid separately.

Material and labour PCC tile plain of size 300×300×19/20mm machine made laid over and including 15mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar(1:4) and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint & smooth surface over a coat of primer paint over a coat of 1mm thick exterior wall putty over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
