Regular Operation, Checking, Servicing and Minor Maintenance of Mulsifire System and Hydrant System Installed at 220KV Substation Budaun under ETD, Budaun alongwith other associated Works during the Period of 11 Months w.e.f. 01.07.2019 to 31.05.2020

Regular Operation, Checking, Servicing & Minor Maintenance of Mulsifire System & Hydrant System Installed at 220KV Sub Station Budaun on Daily basis and as per Requirement for the Period of 11 Months w.e.f. 01.07.2019 to 31.05.2020, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Regular Operation, Checking, Servicing & Minor Maintenance of Mulsifire System installed on 2 No. 200MVA 220/132KV Transformers at the Sub Station on Daily basis and as per Requirement. The Work includes Regular Checking & Arresting of Leakage of Water, if any; Changing of Gland Rope; Maintaining Proper Level of Water in Tank; Keeping Constant Watch on Frequency of Running of Water Jockey Pump, Smooth Running of Main Pump, Self Starting System, Condition of Charger so as to Keep Battery Healthy with its Required Maintenance; Servicing of Deludge Valve, Foot Valve, Gate Valve, Sluice Valve etc.; Replacement & Cleaning of Defective Nozzles and Replacement of Quartz Bulb that shall be Provided by the Department, as per Requirement; Recording all Parameters during Operation of the Mulsifire System in the Register. (1 Job per Month)

(2) Regular Operation, Checking, Servicing & Minor Maintenance of Hydrant System installed for Protection from Fire Hazards to the various Equipments in Switchyard at the Sub Station on Daily basis and as per Requirement. The Work includes Regular Checking & Arresting of Leakage of Water, if any; Changing of Gland Rope; Maintaining Proper Level of Water in Tank; Keeping Constant Watch on Frequency of Running of Water Jockey Pump, Smooth Running of Main Pump, Self Starting System, Condition of Charger, so as to Keep Battery Healthy with its Required Maintenance; Servicing of Foot Valve, Gate Valve, Sluice Valve etc.; Checking of Condition of Hydrant Posts, associated Valves, Delivery Hose Coupling (Male & Female), Fire Hose Pipe etc. including its Replacement, if Required and that shall be Provided by the Department; Recording all Parameters during Operation of the Hydrant System in the Register. (1 Job per Month)

(3) Complete Cleaning of the Mulsifire Under Ground Water Storage Tank by Removing Mud, Fungi, Elgi etc. The Work includes Painting the Surface / Walls of the Under Ground Water Tank with Rust Proof & Fungus / Elgi Proof Paint.
