SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROOF OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT ASTE TECH AREA, VV CAMP AND AV CAMP UNDER GE (AF) MARATHAHALLI

Taking up or down GI tubing 20 mm bore from trenches/wall including all fittings segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 25mm bore from trenches/wall including all fittings segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes of any description and any size any pattern incl all fittings heads, shoes bends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in roof incl existing roof treatment (other than ground floor) and removing debris to a distance of n.exc 100M away from the bldg complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar/cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building material etc. to a distance of 5km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates,including loading,unloading and stacking at the destination.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, padding over roof for filling depression and making proper slope and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc. on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as direced.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width for (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing by cutting/up rooting plant/tree under surface of wall/celling including making good the damage portion with cement mortar (1:3) or concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed (Note : Approx height of building 15m)
