Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepare sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15.:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 280kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision) DLC for Profile Correction - 10.0%

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) Proposed road

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 and as per direction of EIC i) 600mm equilateral triangle
