S & F Stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washer, waste pipe etc including cast iron brackets, connecting union over all size 915mm X 460mm with bowl size 410mm X 330mm X 160mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mmthick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in patches in floors, set and jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in kitchen platform, floors,aprons laid, bedded,pointing in any mortar etc complete all as directed.

M&L of Machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) (Each stone not less than 55 cms x 55 cms) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pick axicess and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg/Sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm dia aluminium anodised dreproy rod with hanging and side brackets powder coated textured finish and wall thickness 1mm complete designed and patterned as approved by Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 mm dia Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets stops, rollers etc.steel dreproy rod with hanging and side brackets wall thickness 1mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class B (old size) brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in two layers [base layer 10mm in CM 1:4 & finishing layer 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4)] using water proofing compound in 2nd layer only on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

S& F 0.50mm thick Pre painted galvalume alluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheeting with colour having tensile strength 550Mpa as in roof covering /Cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified. and 15cm end lap fixed with'L' type or 'J' type hook bolt (08mm dia) complete all as specified and as directed of class VIII.

M & L for Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending complaint for repair to easing of any type of Doors/window/cup board shutters incl Alu doors by tightening of hinges/handles/aldrop bolt/tower bolt/knobs, hasp and staple etc of any size/ any number of panels for easy closing/opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror, curtain rod etc complete including replacement of minimum defective item if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Petty repair to existing steel window/rolling shutters, pressed steel frame rat tails spring, steel almirah, mortise lock fitted in steel almirah and fixing wire mesh on steel windows by welding in situation and in any floor and including hinges 100mm medium weight to chowkhats after taking down door/window shutter and refixing in position and making functional (welding rod welding machine, small fittings such as windows handle, hinges etc will be provided by the contractor removing the steel window shutters from the frame and re-fixing after making serviceable complete in IHQ Camp and DGIS Area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Attending complaints related to plumber/ water supply and obtaining completion from user, this includes minor repair of taps by replacement of washer/jumpers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts of PVC connection and making water supply functional in case of blockage, redressing of GI pipe joints if any leakage is found, repair of unfunctional PVC flushing cistern, repair/ replacement of face mohra etc including materials like GI fittings of reqd size M.Seal, safeda, sootar and washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.(Replacement of taps, PVC connections/ face mohra's of any description & any other material shall be paid separately as supply only.)

M & L for Opening of air block/blockage of GI pipe from outlet of water tank to all internal fitting to enable to smooth flow of water from bib tap/shower/WHB piller taps/stop cock complete by air pressure/water gravity pressure etc complete all as directed and specified.

Supply only Drain cleaner (powder) pkt (40 or 50gram) for kitchen/bath/etc drain/trap/waste pipe etc cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.(Make- Harpic/Pidilite etc.)

Labour only for Cleaning/sweeping and removing all scale and dirt, mud, small grass etc, from roof surface and cleaning all Rain water pipe /holes and free from all dirt of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
