Attending major overhauling of engine Make: TATA, Type: 497TC 99, SI. No. GTY829125 by dismantling the cylinder head assembly, Push rods, lub oil pump, piston assembly with connecting rod, crankshaft Camshaft, compressor assembly, fuel pump etc and cleaning all with diesel. Inspect the engine block, cylinder head assembly as to see if any crack, piston with rings, connecting rod assy, liners, camshaft, crankshaft assy. valves and valve guide, valve spring, rocker arm etc, and removing all the defective /damaged parts and replacing the same with new suitable genuine pans polishing parts. polishing the crankshaft on usual manner including cleaning the main bearing, checking the gudgeon pin, piston rings and replacing the same wherever required. valve grinding including replacing the valve seat, checking the lub oil pump and repair the same if required, inspection of Air compressor assembly and perform the service/repair if required, checking the injector nozzles with holders and perform repair if required and checking & set the same to the required pressure, replacing the injector nozzles completely by suitable new nozzles etc as required. Checking the fuel pump and calibrate it if required, inspection of Torque convertor and servicing the same with suitable parts/kit required. Reassemble the complete parts sequence wise, pre lubrication of the serviced parts as required and .tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required measure by torque wrench including testing the self-starter and alternator assembly repair it if required. Mounting the whole assembled engine on the foundation of forklift, filling the lub oil and start the engine and operate in low rpm in order to set right the newly fitted piston rings with liners as an usual practice and observing the recommended lub oil pressure in the gauge. Output pressure of the air from the air compressor etc. Finally the engine is to be tested on its full load etc complete. The rate includes cost of all labourers, transportation, minor and major tools and plants required, all required genuine _parts, GST, etc complete The work shall he executed as per the direction of EIC.
