Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any descrition including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete, making the line in true shape, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and chajjas, priming surface with alkali resistance primer paint applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including curing complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of existing surface treatment, making the surface smooth using grinder and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings n exc 15 Cm thickness (below or above ground level ) etc and removal of rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, removal of rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item 10 but using old bricks retrived from demolition.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 11 but PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified & directed. (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for Concetrina coil securing or tying including provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc complete all as specified & directed.

Surfaces excavtion n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m n exc 500m and deposited where directed at a lavel not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed..

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spraed and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Sand filling under floor finishing for sand cushioning etc all as specified & directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work, moulding as in cornices picture rails and the like n exc 6 sqcm including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 29 above but in skirting/dado etc. over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 incl taking down of existing backing coat of any mortar with vitrified tiles, removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mirror polished granite (of any type) 20mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases of floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors and paving etc finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of slippage-free Synthetic Acrylic paint (made with specialy graded silica) on new concrete surface over a coat of primer (recommended by the manufacturer) n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 77185.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
