Providing and applying Brushbond (two component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane which consists of Brushbond powder and Brushbond liquid acrylic emulsion) for a minimum 2mm thickness coating. (Work shall be executed as per manufacturer’s specification and instructions.)

Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16 mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for External & Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed surfaces for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Interior Grade- 1 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for Internal walls - Plastic emulsion paint - 2 Coats.

S&F of 15 mm brass body Premium variety Chromium plated finish Swan neck tap with right/left hand operating knob with aerator of not less than 500 grams weight quarter turn spindle

Painting with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete
