Deduct - [NS Item] Credit/recovery rate for old 11KV 400 Amp OCB (Oil Circuit Breaker) of Crompton make (about 23/24 years old) being in operational/functional condition, as to be received after dismantling on as and where basis, (dismantling/removing of OCBs installed at substations shall be paid under separate item taken in the DNIT). The agency shall take away the material i.e. OCBs at the price quoted by the agency but the minimum price to be quoted should not be less than the reserve price/recovery rate as fixed and mentioned under:- 11KV 400 Amp OCB @ Rs. 20000/- each Note:- The reserve price/recovery rate is the minimum rate to be used as a base for quoting the purchase rate by the agency. No rate below the reserve price will be entertained and the reserve price will be accounted for all purposes if the agency quotes less than the reserve price. It is made clear that in case any agency quotes the recovery rate of OCB less than the reserve price mentioned above, the recovery rate of OCB given as reserve price i.e. Rs. 20000/- each shall be considered in the financial statement for working out L-1 or L-2 and so on by making necessary correction/modification if required: and recovery on the same rate shall be made from the agency. It shall be binding upon all agencies participating in the tender. However, the agency may visit at site before quoting a recovery rate..
