Supply of dry sand confirming to RDSO specification No. AARM 916-51 (clean silica sand free from clay, loams, Mica and other foreign materials to be used for Diesel and Electric locomotives and filling up of sand with attending of sanders and attending of defective wiper in electric and diesel locos at RCD MDPT, GIM BG Yard, RCD BLDI, RCD SBI, DHG Station, Passenger yard GIM , New Palanpur and Diesel Shed GIM for the period of 3 years i.e.1095 days.

A-Supply of Sand

Supply of clean silica sand as per RDSO specification No. AARM-916-51 dry screened, free from clay, loams pebbles, Mica, oil and other foreign materials to be used on all classes of diesel 01 and electric locomotive packing in 30 kgs of (water proof polythene) woven poly bags. (rates are inclusive of supply, packing, loading, transportation, unloading and all taxes at different locations i.e., RCD MDPT, GIM BG Yard, RCD BLDI, RCD SBI, DHG Station, Passenger yard GIM , New Palanpur and Diesel Shed GIM round the clock and going towards any direction.

B-Filling up of sand in electric and diesel locos with attending of

Filling up of sand in all (eight) sand boxes of Diesel and Electric locomotives with attending of defective sanders i.e. emptying of sand box in case of wet sand, cleaning of orifice, 01 refilling of sand boxes with dry sand. shifting of sand bracket, sand ejector, shifting rubber flexible hose pipe, shifting of iron pipe in case of missing in the direction train and attending of defective wiper and its assembly , i.e. wiper blade, WSM, wiper assembly changing if defective at RCD MDPT, GIM BG Yard, RCD BLDI, RCD SBI, DHG Station, Passenger yard GIM, New Palanpur and Diesel Shed GIM round the clock and going towards any direction.
