M&L in repair structural steel work with rolled mild steel sections as in plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections and similar articles conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iit/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on membrane @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 67 above but water proofing treatment work on vertical surfaces.

(b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iit/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 250x250mm and 20-22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 69 above but water proofing treatment with 40mm thick brick tiles jointed and pointed in CM 1:4 mixed with linseed oil @ 5% by weight of cement in lieu of cement concrete tiles.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra in horizontal surfaces all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) All cracked and damaged portion upto 3mm should be treated with Smart Care crack seal and allowed to dry. (c) Applying a self priming coat of Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra with water in ratio 3:1 and allowed to dry. (d) Applying two perpendicular coats of Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra without water and allowed to dry for 4-6 hours between two coats. (e) Smart Care joint tape shall be provided at all corners and joints complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Roof treatment work shall be done through authorised applicators of manufacturer. (ii) Guaranttee certificate shall be submitted before releasing of payment.

S&F in repair Concertina coil fencing with punched tape coil 450mm dia (at stretched position), made out of hot dipped, galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape barbs with 18 SWG sheet, spring core 2.5mm thick wire with tape 0.52mm thick and weight of each coil should not be less than 7.50 Kg, each coil should have 50 rounds and should covers 6 RM length, fixed over and including 6 lines of horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape) wire or razor wire at points wherever coil touches the bottom of wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) and in between Y shaped angle iron post complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Hogging shall be fixed at a interval of 600mm centre to centre, wherever it touches with the razor wire. (ii) Overlapping of concertina coil and razor wire shall be 300mm. (iii) Y shaped angle iron post shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
