Errection of following structure in 220 kv GIS S/S Morta

Errection of CCM,EKR,CGM,ABL,BBR Lattice structure

complete Errection of36 kv bus side isolator 2000A with its drawing mechanism ,pipes post insulator etc and also cheking of its proper alignment of opening and closing operation.

Stringing of twin 33 KV ACSR Moose conductor Bus- bar in four section with hoisting of including all necessary hardware double tension fitting etc with proper sagging Cutting of ACSR Moose conductor for for stringing of twin Moose Bus-Bar in four section Manpower & T&P shall be provided by the contractor on his cost.

Jumpering of twin Moose Bus Bar in four section with including 02 nos of bus isolator in both side 33 kv newly twin moose bus-bar and substation 33 kv main bus bar.Fixing of spacer clamp at an equal interval between both twin moose conductor bus bar and jumper.

Dismentling of CCM structure at 132KV S/S Morta and dismental material shifting from 132KV Morta to 220KV S/S Morta and man power shall be provided by contractor on his cost.

Earthing of all structure by using 50x6 mm M.S flat with Xand Y grid of substation.

Loading Unloadingand carriage, of following lattice structure from various S/S Under UPPTCL S/S to 220 KV S/S Morta

Sorting, counting, stacking markwise of structure at 132 KV S/S Teelamode & 132KV Niwari Road and At 220 KV S/S Morta substation

Safely carriage of loaded structure (Approx 6.8MT) at 132 KV S/S Teela Mod and 132 KV Niwari road and carriage from both this S/S and uloading at 220 KV S/S Morta (Approx distance is 100 KM to & fro) (Labour and T&P shall be provided by contractor on his cost)

Safely unloading of carriage structure (Approx 6.8MT) at 220 KV S/S Morta (Labour and T&P shall be provided by contractor on his cost)

Safely loading of ACSR Moose conductor by hydra/Crane at 400 KV S/S Muradnagar, carriage by trailor/truck and unloading by Hydra/Crane at 220KV S/S Morta and man power and hydra/ truck shall be provided by contractor on his cost.(1 KM ACSR MOOSE CONDUCTOR) (Labour and T&P shall be provided by contractor on his cost)
