EExcavation of earth cable trench minimum 900mm deep and 450mm wide and supply & installation including underground laying/dressing of the following LT power cables as detailed in scope of work & specification of NIT (Sr. No. 1.0 of page No. 13).
1.1KV grade 3 ½ core × 300 sqmm. PVC/XLPE cables.
1.1KV grade 3 ½ core × 185 sqmm. PVC/XLPE cables.
Providing & erection of 440V AC LT Feeder Pillar as per technical specifications detailed in enclosed Annexure-I
Construction of the following earth stations with GI earth electrodes of min. 10 feet length B class medium guage as per IS : 3043 etc. as detailed in scope of work & specification of NIT (Sr. No. 3.0 of page No. 13).
Earth station with 50mm dia single electrode in normal soil
Supply & installation of GI earth strips/ wires in the following manner & sizes complete with fabrication, jointing & tapping of earth conductors by welding & inclusive of all installation accessories & consumables. The earth conductors shall be buried underground at a depth of 400mm from the finished ground level including excavation of earth, backfilling and ramming. All the welded joints of earth conductors buried in ground shall be painted with anti-corrosive compound.
25mm x 5mm GI Flats in normal soil
Providing & installation of straight through joints of the following LT cables including supply of heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit of Rachem/Birla3M make, other consumables & accessories required for the work.
Straight through joint of 1.1KV grade 31/2C x 300 Sqmm. PVC Al. armoured cable.
Straight through joint of 1.1KV grade 31/2C x 185 Sqmm. PVC Al. armoured cable.
End termination of 1.1KV grade SWA PVC sheathed stranded Al./cu conductor cable of the following sizes including supply of compression type cable glands & crimping type cu/Al. sockets/lugs & all other consumables & accessories required for the termination.

Providing & erection of CT operated energy meter panel as per enclosed Annexure-II.
Supply and fixing of the following Four Pole on load change over switches in sheet steel enclosure with operating handle coupling as per IS 8623 and other IEC standards of L&T make. Supply of other installation accessories & consumables required for installation work are also in the contractor’s scope.
