Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouth of circulating pipe by using soda, ash, bleaching powder including taking down and refixing of float valve etc exc 250 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr,and writing the following "TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON _______". Letter writing size approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Desluding/Dewatering of septictank/ soakage wells including intel/outlet chambers removing out all scum, siltresiduals sludge (both) organic/ inorganic nature) after plugging the incomming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vaccum and removing the same in the tank to a place outside MOD load meant for the purpose by local municipality, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of blockage and cleaning of sewage lines of 150/200 mm bore by roding from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eyes, taking out all debris, sludges and solid materials from sewage lines and removing out side MOD land not less than 1000 metres and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sewage line cleaned through PVC rodding 8 to 10 mm dia/ Jet Machine without any extra charge).

M&L for cleaning of cast iron pipes 100mm/75mm bore pipes by rodding with jute bags and well flushing after cleaning fixed in any position with jubilee clips including nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of manholes n.exc 1.5m deep and removing sludge/waste material to a distance n.exc 50m and burrying in pits and refilling the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Cleaning of floor traps with acid/waste remover and removing waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of blockage/waste and cleaning gully traps and Nahani traps with acid / waste remover of any description and size and waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked WC any type and removing waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50m and burring in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of shurbs/ bushes around septic tank, filter bed, manholes and along the sewage line etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete and filling of foundation,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes any size and any dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with and including collars as in drain pipe 100mm bore in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed to 100mm drain pies including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with and including collars as in drain pipe 150mm bore in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed to 150mm drain pies including packing under and haunching against the sides pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in type cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in manholes, septic tank, filter bed out let drain etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20 mm graded cushed stone aggregates) as in coping, benching and the like including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Manhole/Grating covers are provided with two suitable lifting hooks, suitable taper provided in cover to prevent jamming inside frame & mild steel Strip of suitable thickness provided for edge protection, SEWER letter ingraved in std size and shape. Cutting in to existing manholes for forming new drains and making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (in 1/2 or 3/4 round in section) and reforming benching as reqd for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) junction double, (Single T), equal or unequal 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) vent cowl 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required of internal dia of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F 100mm dia sand cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F 75mm dia sand cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F CI bends diminishing pieces or tapers bore of pipe 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Note :- (i) Contractor/His representative collect the complaints/docket at 0830 Hrs from complain cell daily. (ii) Sewage/ Misc B/R complaints rectified within 24 Hrs. If contractor fail to rectify the complaints within 24 Hrs, penalty of Rs 500/- fine charged per complaints per day. (iii) All staff take proper hygiene precaution and instruction followed as per order given by Stn HQ Instruction time to time. (iv) All T&P and safety eqpt provided to workers by the contractor, if he failed in any will be fined Rs 250/- per man per day. (v) Due to Security reason Supervisor reqd in each site if the contractor fail it to maintain, penalty charged 500/- per day per site. (vi) Contractor/His representative must follow proper guideline of CPHEEO (Central Public Health & Environmental Engineering Organisation.
