Partition Work:-Supply and installation of 100mm Thick Internal partition wall consisting of factory made components. 12mm thick thermal, heat and fire resistant cement fibre board of minimum desnsity 1250 Kgs/cum fixed on both faces of galvanised iron Frame. G.I. Framework made of 75mm steel tracks and 74mm studs are joined using steel screws/fasteners. Made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) with 12-18mm plywood as a backing between studs and tracks wherever needed. 50mm thick Resin bonded Rockwool, density 48kg/cum is sandwiched between the boards for thermal & sound insulation or equivalent, complete in all directed/approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads.

JOINT COMPOUND: Providing and applying epoxy based joint compound for fibre cement board, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads.

PINEWOOD BATTEN CEILING :- Supply and installation of seasoned Pinewood (Kail) battens of size 115mm x 40mm, supported by self-threaded MS rods and G.I. fittings to provide proper support and hang from the existing ceiling/slab, fixed at the spacing shown in drawing. Wooden battens to be fully dried and treated, finished with Melamine/2K P.U. polish of desired colour approved by designer/architect, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. CNC PANELS AND MOULDINGS :- Supply and installation of CNC cut decorative panelling and mouldings (jharokha/arch pattern) made of 18mm Thk. HDHMR/MDF (Action Tesa/Century or eqv.) with CNC machine cutting as per approved design, including beading/moulding, backing board, necessary screws/nuts & bolts/nails, and Pigmented 2K P.U. polish finish in approved shade, fixed on wooden/G.I. frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Provided above and around photo panel on feature wall. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads. HAND-PAINTED PHOTO / ARTWORK :- Providing and installing hand-painted artwork (Mata ji / approved theme) on canvas/board of approx. size 0.90m x 1.20m, complete with decorative frame and concealed LED transit-frame lighting, fixed on feature wall, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads. (Refer to Drawing No. Wall Elevation for Details)

PLAIN PANELLING IN HDHMR :- Supply and installation of 12mm Thk. HDHMR Plyboard (Action Tesa/Century or eqv.) made with wood fibre/wood chips and synthetic thermosetting resin, minimum density 840 Kg/cum, with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/nails, including a balancing laminate on one face, fixed on wooden/steel frame work, finishing as per Drawing, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Includes curtain pelmet panelling and panelling on wall opposite to photo panelling. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads. (Refer to Drawing No. 14 for Details)

GLASS DOOR :- Supply and installation of double action swing door shutters of 12mm thick toughened glass (Saint-Gobain/AIS/Modi or equivalent), frosted/printed/clear as selected, including cutting, edge polishing and fixing, complete in all respect as directed/approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Nos. at left wall. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads. (Refer to Drawing No. 14 for Details)

PIVOT DOOR MECHANISM COMPONENTS:- Supply and Installation of top and bottom pivot for glass door. Hettich, Ebbco or equivalent specifications mentioned, complete in all respect as directed/approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads.

FLOOR SPRING DOOR MECHANISM COMPONENTS:- Allowance for supply and installation of Floor Spring for the door of width 900 - 2100mm and tolerate the weight upto 100-130 kg maximum. Provides door opening angle upto 130 degrees. Hettich, Ebbco or equivalent specifications mentioned, complete in all respect as directed/approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST @ 18% as leviable, and of Contractor’s Profit & Overheads.
