Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE for Item No 1 & 2: 1. If new cable is laid as replacement of old cable in the same trench, all excavation and earth work shall be measured only once. 2. If any pipe is laid in trenches as cable protection, all excavation and earth work shall be measured either for cable or for pipe only and not for both. 3. If cable is laid in tiers and in loops, all excavation and earth work shall be measured accordingly.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles/stays/feeder pillar boxes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings of poles/stays including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) for support complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lifting RCC cover slabs of size 2 to 4 metres long, 1 to 2 metres width and upto 300 mm thick and about 2.5 to 4.0 tons in weight lying on jetty by cutting/ chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using a crane for laying of new LT cable / water pipe line including removing of ll LT/HT cables for cleaning of cable duct making good surface with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) Two or three nos of slab shall be taken out / removed as per site condition for laying of cables/earth strip in the cable duct of jetty after a span of 10 to 15 metres or as per site requirement. (b) Cost of T&P required for the work shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) Site will be available in a restricted manner and prior approval shall be obtained before work. (d) Contractor is liable for any damage caused to existing services or structures during the execution of work.

M&L for Lifting of RCC cover slabs, each of size 2.0m x 1.0m (approx) and of 150mm thickness (approx) and about 0.2 to 0.6 tons in weight lying on jetty by cutting/ chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using a crane for laying of new LT cable / water pipe line including removing of ll LT/HT cables for cleaning of cable duct making good surface with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) Two or three nos of slab shall be taken out / removed as per site condition for laying of cables/earth strip in the cable duct of jetty after a span of 10 to 15 metres or as per site requirement. (b) Cost of T&P required for the work shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) Site will be available in a restricted manner and prior approval shall be obtained before work. (d) Contractor is liable for any damage caused to existing services or structures during the execution of work.

Disconnecting old serviceable HT/LT UG cables of size 3 core / 3½ core, 95 to 500 Sqmm from its connections, drawing out from the pipe underneath jetty slab by lifting the slab covers from power house to jetty, jetty to cope box points making good of the damaged PCC portion, and re-fixing back the slab covers, support etc all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) LT Cables after meggering found unserviceable will be the property of the Contractor and shall be measured under Schedule of Credit. (b) Cost for lifting of Jetty slab and re-fixing shall be measured and paid separately.

Laying only HT/LT UG Cables of size 3 core / 3½ core, 95 to 500 Sqmm removed under item No.11 above and placing the removed cables in the same duct after meggering of cables with necessary clamping where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 300 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 400 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 500 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core, 16 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core, 25 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 50 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 70 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE for all items of cable: 1. Cable test results like continuity test, megger test shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge before the cable is laid. 2. Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel chequered plates conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A', of any thickness by cutting/ making into required shape, providing necessary angular supports and handles with 6 mm dia rod as per the site conditions by welding etc., including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and laid over cable trenches of various substations including dismantling old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cast iron fittings (specials) such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing of double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, Y-junction, double branch, tail piece, cross (all sockets or spigot and socketed ends), collars, caps and plugs up to 150mm dia or bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Cast iron fittings (specials) such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing of double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, Y-junction, double branch, tail piece, cross (all sockets or spigot and socketed ends), collars, caps and plugs from 200 to 300mm dia or bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed. S&F Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground or fixed to walls/poles with necessary clamps, bolts and nuts including taking down old unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panels/ feeder pillar boxes by cleaning/rubbing with coarse cloth/ wire brushes to remove dust deposits, oil, grease, levelling the undulations using oil putty and painting by applying one spray coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing tint without disturbing/ damaging the electrical net work system/ equipment including marking the details such as capacity/ rating/ incoming/ outgoing/ Danger notice board in capital English alphabets with red colour radium sticker of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabricate, supply, install, test and commissioning of cope box of size 0.9mx0.6m and 1.0m height made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron frame covered with 6mm thick MS sheet all over fixed with stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers, provision for bottom cable entry, top opening hinged lid with handle and two side canopy with cable entry 06 Nos and copper bus bars of 2000 Amps capacity and with cable entry 03 Nos and copper bus bars of 800 Amps capacity and bakelite sheet of 20 mm thick, 80 cm (2x40cm) long as separators of bus bars, cope box mounted over existing RCC jetty slab by making necessary cutting, chipping and making good the disturbed surfaces and finally connecting to existing cables including taking out old unserviceable cope box complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted includes cost of breaking the existing jetty slab and finishing work.

Supply & install steel tubular pole swaged welded with MS base plate size 30cm x 30cm x 6mm thick final taper plug bolts nuts & washers as per IS2713 (part-I) 1980 made out of MS tubing including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer length 11.00 mtr long 410 SP -55 for stud pole all as specified.

Disconnecting all electrical connections of LT panel boards/ pillar boxes of 415 / 380 / 230 Volts, 3 phase with bus bar chamber and decarbonising / cleaning complete LT panel boards/ pillar boxes after removing the complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonising including new bakelite of adequate size where ever required re-fixing the same bus bar and re-connecting all cables with new aluminium lugs of suitable size after applying Becktrol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts, thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete including renewal of defective/ rusted bolts, nuts, insulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for servicing of 10 to 20 Ton capacity EOT/HOT crane by taking down the pulley blocks and winch assembly including gear shaft and chains followed by greasing, oiling and overhauling and checking for defects in wheel mechanisms for horizontal and transverse movements including rectification of defects and checking the rails for crane movement and alignment the same including bending, fabrication by welding including necessary reinforcement and connected PCC work and painting the HOT/EOT crane complete including brackets, cross members etc. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after due cleaning of the entire surface and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old Sluice valve of size 80/100mm bore, cast iron both ends flanged for repairs like cleaning, greasing and replacement of brass/stainless steel spindle and check nut including re-fixing of sluice valve with new Rubber gasket, stainless steel nuts, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of GI Pipe 100mm dia medium grade, outside with red/blue in colour including necessary fittings like bends, elbows, unions, tees, nipples etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.
