Submission of minimum 03 no. or more of concept plan with preliminary drawing and estimate and after approval submission of same with Survey of Ground, submission of Scrap D.P.R. Architectural design/drawing of G+11 UPPCL Building each of of approx 1750.00 SqM Plinth area and Double Basement Area of each approx-3000 SqM. (Area and no. of floor can be changed as per requirement/approval of department). Preparation of estimate & Project Report to be submitted in three copies. Detailed Engineering Design based on soil test (report of soil test to be submitted) including Structural Design based on current building codes. Submission of all amenities drawing, specifications i.e. fire fighting, electrical, plumbing, lift etc as required. Preparation of Specifications and BoQ for Tender purpose. Submission of Landscaping design, roads, parking, boundary etc required . Submission of AMC, tenancy proposal and hand overing of all drawing issued in soft & hard copy with a third party certificate that building is constructed based on specifications.
