CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall etc.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed..

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS channel 100 x 50 x 6mm at the edge of loading platform with M.S. bolt of 16mm dia of 45cm long etc. Complete

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for re alignment of existing AC Corrugated sheets including fixing of ridges, cost of U or J bolts and nuts, bitumen washers, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge complete.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing one coat with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing changing damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and changing the damaged barring and changing the damaged shaft etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Relaying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of 40mm thickness laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Flooring with following colour designed ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multi chamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configuration of an “A” section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm 200 mm1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dismantling the masonry, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of approved quality and best variety of B Class pipes of the 25mm dia including labour for fixing PVC Specials (excluding charges for cutting and threading and cost of such specials) with necessary shellac, thread ball, etc., and making holes on the wall / concrete and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary brick work / concrete. The pipes are to be painted with one coat of tar and tightly pastened with tar dipped gunny tape, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
