Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proffing cement paint and the like by scrapping sand parering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (DSR 14.46)

Providing and applying 1mm thick wall putty (Birla/J.k. etc) with smooth surface complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(DSR No.13.26)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour: Old work (one or more coats) (DSR No.13.81.1)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty :Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) complete inall respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. (DSR No. 14.5.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(DSR No.13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : old work (one or more coat). (DSR No. 13.99.1)
