SPL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF COOLING HEATING APPLIANCES UNDER GE GANGTOK

Taking down existing unserviceable BER Acs, Water Cooler and Refrigerators of any type and any capacity with all connected items complete after disconnecting the electric supply line and depositing at MES E/M store yard of GE Gangtok complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply, install and commisioning of hi wall split AC Cooling & Heating function units indoor / outdoor, complete with cordless remote control unit, timer and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality, including suitable copper pipe from indoor unit to outerdoor unit, drain pipe from indoor unit to ground with minimum 5 STAR rating and ERE 3.51 capacity 1.5 tonnage complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install and commisioning of hi wall split AC Cooling & Heating function units indoor / outdoor, complete with cordless remote control unit, timer and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality, including suitable copper pipe from indoor unit to outerdoor unit, drain pipe from indoor unit to ground with minimum 5 STAR rating and ERE 3.51 capacity 2 tonnage complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Hot Water System (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 200 LPD hot water storage tank shall be made out of SS with rock wool insulation of thickness 100 mm minimum including necessary fixing frame over the roof with electrical heating coil backup of 3KW heating coil and necessary thermostat etc complete all as specified and as directed as per following specifications:- (i) Solar flat plate collector with insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with glass sheet to collector system confirming to IS: 12933 (Pt-I). (ii) Absorber shall be metallic sheet with built in channels or riser tubes to carry water. (iii) sheet of absorber and absorber shall be made of copper.

Supply and installation,commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install deep freezer hard top mimnimun 300 ltr capacity having double door complete 230 volt complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix double door refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), capacity minimun 240 Litres BEE 5 star rated 230 volt complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring 4 sq mm pvc insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 volt grade drawn in and including PVC Casing-Caping not less than 20 mm width including spacers,saddles,scrws etc & 2.5 sq mm copper PVC insulated copper earth wire for 15 amps Plug socket including 2 mm thick MS Sheet fabricated terminal box for fixing switch socket Combination on idependent Board with 3 mm thick hylam sheet top cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed sub-main wiring along with earth wire of size e 2x04 sqmm with 1x4sqmm earth wire ,ISI marked FRLS ,PVC insulated ,multi stranded , copper conductor ,single core cable drawn through and incl PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) size not less than 25 mm with all fittings and accessories ISI marked including cutting chases for conduit & sinking for sunken boxes & making good to walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
