Supply and fixing of overhead and cantilever type retor reflective sign plate made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy powder coating The sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle iron.
Supply of steel structure in single section.Built upsection/frame from M.S. black pipes ( medium duty) asper IS-1239(part-1)1979 with connecting plate anchorbolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in positionand applying primer coat of approved steel primer andtwo coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.
Foundation work of foundation in M-20 RCC including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, backfilling & removal of excess earth as per drawing.
Erection of cantilever type sign board and structure with movable gantry cranes including nut bolting and fixing.

Providing & Fixing of digitally printed Glow guide map showing the coloured map of Industrial area Toonga i) Size of the board is 4.30 x 1.60 x 0.20Mtr. ii) The sign board should be made of GI box and covered with unbreakable polycarbonate sheet of 2 mm thickness, Layout matter, logo etc. board is to be printedby digital technique and pasted on front side of boardwith LG2 process. Beading/framing of front side should be done with aluminium angle. Arrangement of Electrica lassessories such as tube rod, wiring, fitting etc. is to bedone inside the GI box for fully Glowing of board. Foundation of this board is to be made as per Design and detail given by Engineer-In-Charge. iii) Box shouldbe made of square pipe frame, GI sheet 22 gauge as per attached drawing . The stand should be grouted firmly inground with cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3. iv) The board should be guarded will safety nets as per attached drawings. v) Adequate lighting should be provided with complete electrical wiring the cable from guide map of size 2x6 sqmm size is to be provided and fixed up to nearest power supply points. vi) The supporting structure for fixing of glow sign board should be made as per attached drawing. vii) The work also includes painting on entire structure as well as glow sign board. The entire work should be done as per direction and with satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
