REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, ATT AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT MD ACCN AT AF STATION JAMMU UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Dismantling unservicable /cracked water tanks and removing from site capacity n exe 500 ltr complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge. Add Note : Including demolition of existing RCC tank and making of brick pedstal for fixing new PVC water tank and removal demolished debris out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractor against the same.

Description all as per Item no 01 above but 1000 Ltrs capacitycomplete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as spd in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 500 ltr.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Discreption all as per Item no 03 above but 1000 Ltrs capacity.complete all as spd and directed by Enr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC Tank cover (thread type) for 250/500/1000 lit capacity.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tarfelt including cement Plaster / HP tiles/ from roof or wall surfaces such as parapets / RCC fins of any type in any thickness including demolition of RCC tank/PVC tank and re-fixing the same with all required plumbing fittings like tank Nipple,float valve,tank cover,gate valves etc as per requirement of site and prepare the surface for new treatment.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :-Including Removal of debris or excavated material out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area and no extra cost will paid to the contractor against the same.

M&L for surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and including cement platering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 incl mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufecturer instruction on surfaces of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making grid of size 30cm x 30cm .Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V' groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement :Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight , Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of ˃ 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin:hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterheadcomplete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling of RCC roofs ,shelves, facia beams ,chajjs and similar suspended work etc complete. Notes:-Demolished material should be thrown out of the defence line including loading,transportation,unloading of debris at govt approved dumping area.Also no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor by department.

RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (12.50 mm graded stone agg) as in shelves, facia beams ,chajjs and similar suspended work including necessary form work , scaffoholding upto 4th storey ht. of bldg etc complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes:-Demolished material should be thrown out of the defence line including loading,transportation,unloading of debris at govt approved dumping area.Also no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor by department.
