Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) flooring/hard standing, etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming 12mm thick, Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 100mm thick floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pices, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry/ precast concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer and over one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : (i) The size of aluminium sections shall be all as specified in relevant IS Code and MES Schedule Part-I (ii) Glass panels/ Partricle Board panels/ Wire gauge etc shall be measured paid seperately as supply only rates under respective items here-in-below).

Supply only 4 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beading/rubber beading exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The cost of rubber beads and fixing included with the unit quoted rate of respective shutter)

Supply only Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The cost of fixing included with the unti quoted rate of respective shutter)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etcetc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)
