Installation, testing & commissioning of following split and window air conditioners upto 2 TR capacity each as per clause no. 1.0 of technical specification :

Window air conditioners
Copper tubing:Supply and installation of good refrigeration quality copper tubing of minimum 24 gauge thick along with sleeve type insulation wrapped with mansoon tape required for installation of split air conditioners of following capacity at site as per clause no. 2.0 of technical specification. NB: Each running meter of copper tubes will consists of one meter each of suction and discharge line together along with insulation.
Electrical Cables :Supply, laying and connection of POLYCAB/FINOLEX make electrical cables comprising of fire retardent PVC insulated copper conductor as per clause no. 3.0 of technical specification:
PVC insulated copper conductor of four core x 2.5 sq. mm size
Casing capping: Supply and installation of casing - capping (PVC trunking) for enclosing refrigeration tubing with insulation and electrical cable as per clause no. 4.0 of technical specification
Drain line: Supply and lying of condensate drain pipe of 25 mm dia (rigid/reinforced flexible PVC) as per site condition or as per clause no. 5.0 of technical specification.
MS Structure: Supply of M. S. material and fabrication, fixing of MS structure,stands etc. wherever required at site including painting and as per clause no. 6.0 of technical specification.
Wooden frame: Fabrication, supply, & fixing of wooden frame made out of teak wood of 2'' x 3'' cross section for installation of window AC as per clause no.7.0 of technical specification.
Ply wood: Fixing of plywood sheet of suitable size as per clause no. 8.0 of specification.
Removal and reinstallation of split air conditioners at different facilities of BARC as per clause no.9.0 of technical specification.. NB: Additional materials required for carrying out this work shall be measured against above required items.
Removal and reinstallation of window air conditioners at different facilities of BARC as per clause no.10.0 of technical specification.. NB: Additional materials required for carrying out this work shall be measured against above required items.
