Removal of existing tile inside the monument and disposal of the same away from the monument etc. complete as per the direction of site in charge.

Excavation in hard soil manually for pathway including shifting of debris away from the monument for the disposal etc. complete.

Providing and laying 1:2:4 brick jelly concrete for pathway including processing of lime in traditional manner, pointing, curing, labour and material charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying new granite stone 8-10 cm thick, 0.45-0.60m width and 1-1.45m length granite stone pathway along with kerb stone of 20cm width and 1-1.Sm length with two line dressing laid over brick jelly concrete using lime mortar 1:2 including pointing with lime mortar 1:2, curing, labour and materials charges etc. complete as per directed.

Exterior Painting :-Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two coat applied@ 1.67 ltr /10 m2 over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m2 ) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions 133.52 160.48 Smt 21427.29 of Engineer-in-charge specifications.
