Demolition of Brick Work/ stone work / concrete block wall built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer not excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/Rock) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work/ block masonary or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span and other similar bands, copings, over chajja, walls and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface wall/ceilling etc. applying a coat of primer and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (advanced anti fungal paint) complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall/ceilling etc., brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent slats brading oil and greasy spots etc. and making proper surface and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (advanced anti fungal paint) complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge exc. 63 mm and not exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/ hard standing including necessary formwork and inserting PVC dividing strip 38mm wide and 1.5mm thick in position not exceeding 4.00 sqm each panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base or in levelling course, finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigment in floors etc laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation board/Slabs/blankets of any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm including hangers 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200mm to 2000mm length) adjusting level, fixed to roof with steel members complete all as specified.

S&F for PVC insulation panels10mm thick with EPS stuck to 1mm thick PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling to aluminium GI grid fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair silver GI razor blade concertina coil grade SS-316 with punched tape of 600 mm dia, center core wire shall be minimum 2.60 mm dia and thickness of tape 0.50 mm of mild steel conforming to IS-280-2006, galvanized coating of steel concertina coil shall confirm to requirements as laid down for medium coated wire in IS 4826 “Hot dip galvanized coating of round steel wires” concertina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dove tail two handles and spikes shall be fixed at both ends of coil, spiral turns per coil 50 to 51 Nos, stretchable length per coil 6 m and approximate weight per coil 8 Kg and clip per spiral 5 Nos. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trussed framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angles, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. (Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing or gates, flat iron fillets, angle iron, swan neck including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of shank 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both end, each screw end to be fitted with 3 mm thick MS washers and one hexagonal nuts, length of bolt exc. 5 cm and not exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC coated chain link fencing MS galvanised, min size 75 x 75 mm mess or cases with 3.5 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire lapped straightening and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, ridge, hip and vally gutters, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.
