Provn of consultancy services for design of Central Sewage System including Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for treating approximately 600 KLD of sewage for population of 1640 person at Kanjoli Lines Bharatpur (Rajasthan) and 400 KLD of sewage for population of 1091 person at Parade Ground Bharatpur (Rajasthan) including submission of DPR as per following general scope:-

Expert consultancy for 600 KLD and 400 KLD STPs for Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of consisting of Coarse Bar Screening Chamber (RCC) with steel screen (manual), Receiving Sump RCC, Submersible Pumps in receiving sump, Stilling Chamber in RCC, Fine bar Screen chamber(manual) RCC with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover(RCC), Grit separator, Equalization Tank( 2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed Pumps(2 No), Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR(2 Nos), Tube Settler assembly, Sludge Pump screw type(2 Nos), Sludge thickener centrifuge/ drum type, Sludge holding tank, Air Grid for Sludge holding, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank, Chlorinator room, Foundation for all E/M equipments, Associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable, administration block cum laboratory, laboratory equipments, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. (Also refer imp notes below). For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank of RCC, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank in RCC. Treated sewage can also be used for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash.

Planning of the infrastructure project and working out detailed layout for entire 600 KLD and 400 KLD Project.

Design of suitable sewage network including design of Trunk/Main sewers including size of sewers, sewage flow, IL and GL at each node/manhole including design of civil works for intermediate sump-cum-pump house if required all as specified in consultancy agreement.

Preparation of Structural Drawings and Internal Services Drawings, Taking off quantities, Making Bills of quantities all as specified in detailes scope of consultancy service all as specified in consultancy agreement.

Reconnaissance survey to get broad view of the entire area for planning and to know the details of various structures and utilities/services.

Fixing of Latitude and Longitude at two locations in the entire site with the help of 12 channel GPS (Global Positioning System) with latest state of the art technology for establishing GPS Control Points, based on WGS coordinate system.

Topographical Survey of the both areas 352.06 Acre and 345.00 Acre (approx) for finalisation of the location of STP and at a grid interval of 5m C/C which includes allocation of boundary ,locating all the existing structures/services etc, getting information about under ground cables, sewer lines, etc from various sources and compilation of the available data at site all as specified in consultancy agreement.

Flying levels from the nearest Bench Mark up to the site and establishing, Two Permanent Bench Marks on a permanent concrete structure and taking levels at a grid interval of 5m c/c and plotting contour map, as desired by Engineer authority.

Mobilisation of tools and Equipments from laboratory to site and back, for determination of Modulus of Sub-Grade Reaction (K-Value) of soils in the field as per IS : 9214-1979 including loading and unloading of sand bags, labour charges etc complete as directed.

Geotechnical investigation and sub soil exploration by all necessary drilling of boreholes in all soil up to 30 meters or up to refusal and whichever is earlier and conduction penetration tests as per IS 2131-1981 incl collection of distributed/undistributed sample and conducting the following lab test in soil-Grain Size distribution,Waterberg Limits,Moisture Content, Density, Specific Gravity, Determination of cohesion & angle of internal friction, direct Shear Test and including Complete Test such as plate load and other testing required for STP and provide Report with vetted fromIIT/MNIT Institutes.

Plan for scope of expansion and futuristic prospective plan which is considered as a prime consideration in STP planning should also be proposed.

Any other works which are essential for the completion of entire work/scheme in a workman like manner as specified in tender documents.

NOC from Municipal Corporation for disposal of treated wastewater and from Govt authorities/concerned satate related to environemental issues in future to be taken

Capacity of STP mentioned in Para 1.1 & 1.2 is tentative
