Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat with shutter(without taking off shutter from the frame) area exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2sqm each etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description (Aluminium/ wooden window) not exceeding 1 sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid PVC moulded Door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2,4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded coloured PVC sheet on front face & 2mm plane colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying and fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 2nd Class H.W. plain solid straight chowkhats & frames wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for Plain framed panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of the rail and stile as per IS:1003(Part I), kiln sseasoned and chemically pressure treated 35mm IInd class H.W rail and style complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc.(without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauze (glass) etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I section clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats. 35mm thick IInd class H.W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminum anodized powder coated sliding window frame and shutter having three track frame two carries glass shutter and one carries mosqueto net shutter, any type (sliding or open-able ) with frame , & ventilators, other similar work etc including necessary arrangement for sliding and locking & to receive 4mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket / rubber beading and all necessary fitting like mortice lock, aluminium tower bolt, handle, stopper, hinges etc complete . But the weight of the rubber gasket / beading will not be measured with weight of aluminium shutter complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Sheet glass & wire mesh shall be measured & paid separately. (b) Weight of aluminium shall be measued exclusive of all fittings feature hinges, handle bolts and locking arrangement.

Material and Labour for Block board Gde-1 quality exterior grade commercial type fixed with screw to timber frame 18/19mm thick as in CB, self drawer etc (in narrow width not exceeding 15cm etc) 6mm thick external teak wood lipping fixed with nail.fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal diameter of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and and fixed with aluminium wire staples/wooden beads fixed in repair to existing shutters of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm each pane 4mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Figured glass pin head type glazed with oil putty in squre not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane 4mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick plastering on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in CM 1:3 on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new surface of wall with Birla putty 3mm thick and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastere surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion damp proof/weather proof paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistancet dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over 3mm wall care putty on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured designer pattern tiles 450mmx 300mmx7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirt, Dado etc set and jointed in white colour cement including 10mm thick rendring in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections inculding cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for treating and finishing the sunken portion of wc area not exc 1.2 Sqm each by providing 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1;3 mixed with and incl water proofing compound and applying two coat of bitumen providing necessary connected items suitable for wc like floor trap,P trap,S trap,Nahani trap incl waste PVC pipe 75 mm dia or upto 110mm dia with cement or lime concrete and 1mm thick multilpes plastic felt over 20mm plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately
