SPL REPAIR (RESURFACING) OF ROADS OF AMC RECORDS, HRDC AND NO 2 TT WG OF AMC C and C UNDER GE (EAST) LUCKNOW.

Scarfying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 sqm and exc.50mm & n.exc 100mm deep all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for WBM of 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) in 2 layers each layer 50 mm thick compacted separately with coarse aggregates of grading as per MORTH specifications & IRC by using mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Three layer of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit.

M &L for Repair to pot holes any depth , not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths ets;cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth , making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen of grade VG-10) putting in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG-30) blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M &L for premix bitunimuous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen all as specified (binder shall be of 4% weight of total mix)

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 10 Kg. Per 10 Sqm all as specified

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sqm all as specified

M &L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphalted concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spread/pavers rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge

M&LProviding and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips with 250 gram Glass Beads (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoes heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc., complete as per direction and in accordance with applicable specifications as per MoRTH specification having Titanium – 12%, Resin – 19% & Intermix Glass Beads – 34% in proportion. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair dileaneator (Model DA 952 GP of Dark Eye) of ABS round body fiting with 2 Nos 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly powder coated, antirust & antitheft steel net fixed on 600mm high pole with retroreflective tapes in red or yellow in color incl fixed with PCC block of required size in (1:3:6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregates in foundation after excavation of required depth & size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing cat eyes with two-way solar reflective type with 30 mm length double shank of plastic body size 100 mm × 110 mm × 20 mm (overall height 50 mm) and with PAMA strip lens reflector and weight 164 gram, fixed with special epoxy chemical as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supply and fixing aluminium-alloy body Solar Stud with following specification: \n(a) Solar panel Mono-Crystalline Solar 2.4V / 0.3 Watt and having charging capacity at very low sunlight. \n(b) Red colour Six Super Bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (Millicandela) & mm fitted at appropriate height for clear blinking point. \n(c) 1.2V Ni-MH or Ni-CD rechargeable battery capacity 1300 mAh, LSD (Low Self Discharge technology) fitted inside solar stud. \n(d) Working time 3 to 4 days successively after the battery is fully charged. \n(e) Charging time for full charge One full sunny day. \n(f) Working temperature –10 to 75 Degree Celsius. \n(g) Flash rate 60 to 70 times per minute normally. \n(h) Brightness sensor auto-switch, automatically turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn to ensure easy and safe night driving. \n(i) High visibility LEDs help ensure easy and safe night driving from a distance of 1000–1100 meters approx. \n(j) Solar stud should be free of maintenance and operational in all weather conditions. \n(k) The PCB board and solar panel should be sealed in Poly Carbonate case for extra waterproofing and high/low temperature protection. The logo of the manufacturer should be embossed on front side of the body to ensure genuineness. \n(l) Dimension/Size of the Solar Stud should be 125 mm × 125 mm × 25 mm body, with shank height 65 mm (Total height 90 mm including shank). \n(m) Weight of the Solar Stud should be 650 Gram approx. \n(n) Minimum 150 gram of special epoxy chemical should be used per fix to the stud on the road surface complete as directed.
