Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as directed. Note : Rate quoted shall inclusive of supply of road metal.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for WMM of minimum 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) with coarse aggregate in two layers grading of aggregate shall be 53mm to 75 micron. The mixing shall be in batch mixing plant of suitable capacity. The optimum moisture for mixing shall be as per IS-2720 Part-8. Preparation mixing and laying of WMM shall be as per class 20. B.5 of SSR Part-1 2010 and as per MoRT &H, Vth Revision complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing WMM surfaces by brushing with wire bushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical blowers to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with RS-1 grading conforming to IS-8887 @ 10 kg/10 Sqm using emulsion distributer on prepared WMM surfaces.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

M&L Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1, grading conforming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kg/10sqm using emulsion distributer on the prepared bituminous/ granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503 of MORTH specifications complete all as directed.

M&L Bituminious premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Premix bituminous mecadam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified grading II (26.50mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finished to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 505 complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. (Average thickness shall not exc 75mm deep)

Preperation of new or previously treated surfaces to recieve the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters, etc. with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6068 complete all as directed all as per IRC 35-2015. Note :- 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and soldly with out showing any signs to scratch marks or surface underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desiered result is obtained.

Providing and fixing of solar raised markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape , solar powered. LED self illumination in active mode. 360 degree illumination and reflective pannels with micro-primatic lenscapable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000kg tested in accordance to ASTMD 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should with stand temperature in the range of 0 degree celcius to 70 degree celcius . Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow(amber) as per requirment and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a fullcharge should be provided for a minimum automy of 50 Hrs. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diametreof the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside. without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufactures recommendation and complete as direct by engineer in charge. Make : 3M/equivalent.

ABS engineering plastic stud (cat eye) dynamically designed having impact strength and fitted with 2 numbers highly reflective microprismatic retroreflective reflectors on both sides including fixing with fixing arrangements as per manufactures instructions completed all as directed and specified all as per IRC35-2015 and spacing shall be as per IRC 79-2015. M&L factory made precast cement concrete kerb stone with plain fair face including chamfered, watering, throating etc set and jointed in cement morter 1:6 complete all as directed. Note : (i) Precast cement concrete kerb stone shall be type C-1, 1:3:6. Size of kerb stone as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rate inclusive of necessary excavation, Returning filling in, removal and including packing and making good around kerb stone with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate)

Preparation of new concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints complete all as directed.

S&F Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 x 600mm size with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
