Dismantling the damaged pressed tiles and weathering course and disposing away from the site as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing brick jelly concrete using 20mm brick jelly in lime mortar 80mm thickness proportion (32:12.5) including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Laying pressed tiles 23x23x2mm with cm 1:3,20mm thick mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oil mortar including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, curing etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using II class bricks including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Plastering with cm 1:5,12mm thick for wall including cost of all materials scaffolding charges, lead, lift labour charges etc complete.

Removing the damaged ceiling plastering and replastering with cm 1:3,12mm thick using water proof admixture (Dr.Fixit)@ 200ml per bag of cement and plasticizer @ 100ml per bag of cement including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Pointing with CM 1:4 flush pointing with RR masonry including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift curing etc complete.

Providing centering & shuttering using C.W. planks & props 13 to 15cm including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating laying in position of MS/RTS reinforcement including cost of all materials, binding wire, lead, lift etc,complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using 12mm metal including cost of labour charges, all materials lead, lift, providing water cutting but excluding cost of steel reinforcement

Providing ceramic tiles/ Marbonate tiles of all colours equals to Jhonson and Jhonson make premium quality of size 305x305x6mm or above for floor over CM 1:3,20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/m2 with suitable colours including finishing the joint and pointing flush with the surface including cost of materials, labour,lead,lift,etc complete.

Providing dadooing wall with colour designed glazed tiles of approved make premium quality of 300x200x6mm laid in CM1:2, 10mm thick and pointed with white cement 0.4kg/m2 with suitable colour including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plasic emulsion paint for interior walls using first quality paint and approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges thorough cleaning of surface, labour, lead, lift etc complete.
