PROVISION OF TWO BORE WELLS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE AND LANDSCAPING WORKS AT PHASE II BANGALORE

Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200metre depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc by direct rotary method and all works pertaining to pilot boring upto 200 metre depth below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

All as per Ser Item No. 1.00 above but 200 mm dia exceeding 200m mtr depth below ground level and upto 75 mtr depth in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / boulders.

Drilling reaming vertical bore 250 mm dia at approved site / location in any type of strata for 200 mm ERW/PVC casing pipe for various depth as shown below including all works pertaing to boring complete all as specified and directed. .

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in borewell, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Fe 410 mild steel screwed and socketed / plain ended casing pipes of 200 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5.40 mm conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture,including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge . Note :- Length of pipe shall not less than 2.40 mtr.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 200 mm dia, 8 mm thickness, conforming to IS: 12818,pressure range of 20 bar (PN), lowering and fixing in position upto required depth in all starta cut into different length including coupler pipe jointed and coupler rings through out circumference of the pipe and coupler rings both side as in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 200 mm dia threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, complete for borewell all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of 200 mm dia to the top of casing / housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts and nuts of required size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Bail plug / Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of multi stage submersible pump capable to deliver 40 to 60 LPM or more water at head upto 180 Mtr (approx) lowered into 200 mm/250 mm dia borewell and connected with 50 mm dia HDPE column pipe and 10 sq.mm copper conductor submersible cable having diffuser casing construction and bronze impellers dynamically balanced rotor and pump shaft with impeller with outlet size 50 mm and motor 5 HP suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, disc suction strainer cable guard etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and lowering of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 16 kg/Sqcm, fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, lowering in to borewell as column pipe etc. of size 50 mm nominal dia, ISI marked including fixing of necessary SS nipple on both sides for fixing of submersible pump and existing water supply pipe line with flanges and bolts & nuts required at site etc., complete all as specified and directed.
