M&L preparation of old painted/decorated surface of concrete or plastered surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to brick, stone concrete asbestos cement or plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, cornices incl preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roofs by getting out growing vegetations / grass & brooming down with removing it out of MD land premises of including repairing to damaged surface of roof by applying two coats of tartaric acid over two coats of CM (1:3) with mixed with 3% WPC & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete in patch not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each including necessary form work, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for repairing of damaged portion of mouth at tarrace / roof surface of rain water pipe by cleaning and repairing to mouth of RWP by using CM (1:3) or PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) with mix with liquid WPC & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete to make joint of rain water pipe and roof suface fully leak proof complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for repair to chajja area exc 2 Sqm and n exc 4 sqm each including dismantling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , cement mortar (1:3 ) or PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) mix with WPC, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M& L for repair to chajja area exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 sqm each including dismentling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , plaster 1:3 or PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC,benching/haunching,repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Dismantling of 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 150mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and directed.

S&F Suspended metal grid Ceiling System with mineral fibre acoustic tiles as per following specifications:- a) Ceiling Tiles:- Mineral fibre acoustic tile of 16mm thickness having sand textured finish with acoustical punchers, bevelled tegular edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. Tiles shall have humidity resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.50 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 33db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84.

b) Metal Grid:- The grid system shall be 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile color) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections). The deflection loading of the system shall be 12.5 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 15kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel and fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between “cross tee to cross tee” and “cross tee to main beam”.

(c) All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint with 0T bending capability. The ceiling grid sections shall be fixed to ceiling with 6 mm dia GI hangers upto required length by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40 mm long.
