Sectioning the site including cutting Heavy undulation and levelling etc., complete

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in Sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per MORTH specification 406 IV Revision

Filling with M - sand in foundation and below pavement for 100mm depth and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand and labour charges leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4: 8 ratio of (1 cement, 4 sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS Rods for grills for all RCC works including bending, tying grills and placing in position including cost of steel, binding wire etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer

Providing and Construction of dowel jointed, Pavement Quality Concrete of 250mm thickness over a prepared Base Course with 43/53 grade cement coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate 25 mm & 12.5 mm Granite/Basalt/ Trap metal & clean sieved approved sand conforming to the gradation as specified in Table 600-3 of MORTH clause 602,. loading materials to cement concrete batch mix plant of adequate capacity (normally 25% more capacity than the paving equipment preferably 120 Cum/hour) as per approved mix design satisfying the characteristic flexural strength of not less than M30 grade of concrete with minimum cement content as per IS 456-2000. The mix shall be transported to site in transit truck/tippers/ dumpers of 5-6 Cum capacity, laid with a slip form paver with electronic sensor fitted with vibrators which shall operate at a frequency of 8000-10000 impulses per minute under load with a maximum spacing of 600mm and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, fixing of Dowel bars and Longitudinal tie bars joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, curing compound

as approved, finishing with power trowel to the required grade, level and alignment, textured with texturing machine, finishing, making groove cutting for contraction joint of size (10 X 20 mm) and filling the same with Polysulphide/Polyurethane sealant with paper backed compressible debonding strip, making groove cutting for longitudinal joint/expansion joint of size (8 X 13 mm) and filling the same with Polysulphide/Polyurethane debonding tape, providing Isolation joint of 20mm wide to the full depth of the concrete and fixing with isolation pad of 20mm thick and sealing the top with Polysulphide/Polyurethane to the size of 20 X 20 mm and curing (curing shall be as per clause 602.9.12 of MORTH) including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machineries, including the initial saw cut and filling of Polysulphide/ Polyurethane sealants in contraction, expansion joints etc., complete in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 602 and with all other incidental charges including the trial length and as per the direction of the Engineer- In-Charge of work. (Reinforcement and Dowel bars shall be paid under relevant item)

Supplying and Laying of 32 mm dia PVC pipe including cost of material, laying, labour, cutting, fitting all complete etc.,

Supplying and Laying of concrete hume pipe of dia 300 mm with collar including cost of material, labour, transport, laying, and fixing all complete etc..
