Reconstruction of Storm drain and Culvert at Duraisamy Layout in Ward 27, North Zone

1.Desilting the the Existing Drain slusy soil as per the direction of Dept officers

2.Dismantling the old Damaged Cement concrete etc complete as per the direction of Dept officers

3.Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

4.Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specification.

5.Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation

6.Plain Cement concrete in 1:3:6(one cement,threesand and Six jelly)using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. -

7.Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation

8.Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

9.Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement,one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. -

10.Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.
