Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 200 kVA Compact Package Substation, “Non walk in type” fabricated by GI Steel shall house having modular construction of Galvanized Sheet Steel. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated. Enclosure should have slant roof suitable to avoid water accumulation. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. Load Break Switches and 01 Nos Vacuum circuit breaker all Motor Operated modules ( Total number of modules 3 Pcs + 1 Metering modules) ,with IP class as IP54 for outer door separately , inside the RMU there shall be an additional cable door with IP3X and Mimic of IP2X and necessary PCC foudnation work as recommended by manufactuer along with bottom cable entry and front cable termination with following specification :- (a) RMU shall be IAC AFLR 20kA/1s tested with gas release from top of the Switchgear to ensure utmost operator and pedestrian safety .Test report(from an STL member Lab) shall be submitted along with drawings of the RMUs . In case the test report is not found suitable , the RMU shall stand liable to be rejected. (b) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU.
